Can't scroll RegEx Tester options (v2.0 preview)

Current behavior

You cannot scroll down in the Regular Expression Tester tool, which can prevent you from seeing all options if the window is small (particularly on small screens).

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

1. Make your window rather small
2. Select the Regular Expression Tester tool
3. Select Options
4. Attempt to scroll down to see more items in the options list

Expected behavior

The Regular Expression Tester view should scroll vertically, allowing you to access more list options.

The view does not scroll. There are two remaining toggles ("Multiline" and "Right To Left") that apparently cannot be accessed at this window size.

Workaround

Increase the window size. On smaller screens (ex. laptops) this still might not be enough space, so you might have to enable the "Compact spacing" setting as well.
