Add Support for the Platform Minestom

TODO:

  • [x] Check if all events are implemented correctly
  • [ ] ~~AnvilInput for Minestome~~

Basic Miogration Progess:

  1. Copied Platform Bukkit
  2. Migrated it to Minestome
  3. Verified that constext and options work via example implementation
