SkyNX not connecting

Whenever I enter the IP address shown on the switch into the streamer on my computer, it doesn't connect. The switch is stuck on the IP address screen, and clicking the Start Streamer button does nothing. In the console, it says: Connecting to switch... 1.0.0.127 Error: Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 1.0.0.127:2223 hidStreamClient Disconnected.
