Demo throwing DLL exception

I am having trouble running the demo in the VS2015 debugger -- and forgive me as I am still new to C# and this is my first time back in the programmer's chair in 15 years, so I'm sure I must be missing something obvious -- but:

The demo is throwing a "DLL not found" exception in the wrapper even though I am (almost) certain the DLL is correctly placed as everything was unzipped "as-was."

I'm running Win10 on a 64-bit system, but don't think this could be the issue. Any help appreciated as without it I cannot utilize the encoder.
