Fix T1308137: repaintChangesOnly restores cell edits after cancel

• ensure cell-editing repaintChangesOnly grids keep modifiedValues in sync when validation is async so cancelEditData puts the original values back
• cover the regression with two QUnit scenarios (regular editing + change-tracking) to guard future regressions
• keep the editing row-based flow consistent with the core fix
