Ng0100 error when use d-operable-tree

Describe the bug DevUI d-operable-tree addNode cause NG0100 error in development mode

to suppress it, I need to:

1. add private cd: ChangeDetectorRef to my component class
2. call this.cd.detectChanges() every time when I updating TreeNode

perhaps you can add this function to treeFactory

this.operableTree.treeFactory.addNode(val)
this.cd.detectChanges()
