Add the most important command aliases into the SetUpDatabases.cs

For convenience it would be nice if the bot has a few aliases hardcoded into it. Without this, every streamer who sets up the bot has to start anew and add aliases like !cmd for !commands, !hm for !hangman and other frequent abbreviations...
