Include end-user support for getting Twitch configuration

Create a guided experience for getting Twitch configuration parameters. Ideally the user should be able to configure Twitch in the guided experience without directly editing files.

We could do this in the console application, but we know we're moving to a UI. We'll likely want to wait on this one until we have our UI.
