I can't launch apps on a particular desktop.

Hello, I can't launch apps on a particular desktop. For example when, I try to launch this wmctrl -s 1 | code It changes desktops, but does not launch the visual code application I think the problem may be with the pipe Sorry for my English Thank you for your help

It works if Launch in terminal is toggled. Try it.
