The new WhatsApp feature of swipe and hold to start a voice chat is unbelievably annoying!!! PLEASE ADD A FEATURE TO DISABLE IT!!!

I heartily support this request. The swipe up feature is very annoying as swiping-up is also used just to move around old messages. Having two different features (one of which many users will never intentionally use) by essentially the same gesture is a very poor UI feature. Please allow users to disable it.
