Feature request: contact online history

Would be nice to be able to add certain users (not necessarily contacts) to a spy-list, periodically probe their online status and store that. It would allow to track when exactly some user went online and for how long they stayed.

It could look like this: In someone's profile an option - add to spy-list, a window pops up where you can set the desired retention for the data and mb choose some hours to notify you if a person goes online (say 01-06 AM).

Then you can enter the spy-list whether from the menu or a specific user's profile and see the history up to the desired retention back.
