Add Dark/Light Mode Toggle

Proposed Solution:
Integrate a toggle button prominently placed on the website interface, allowing users to switch between dark and light modes according to their preference. This toggle should persist across sessions, providing a consistent experience for returning visitors.
Expected Behavior:
Users should be able to switch between dark and light modes seamlessly. The toggle button should reflect the current mode (e.g., a moon icon for dark mode and a sun icon for light mode). The selected mode should persist across sessions, maintaining user preferences.

Recently I have did this feature in my portfolio
user can switch btw light and dark mode simply cliking a bulp image [the bulp image will change according to the mode
