WIP, draft, axum-0.7 branch should merge first!

Missing:

  • re-connect in case the socket goes away or stream is interrupted
  • more testing
  • passing/enqueuing built paths to whatever actually uploads
  • handling the BuiltPathProtocol or whatever we call it
