visually distinguish *rolling* and *tagged* releases on flakehub

(This is a flakehub.com ticket, not related the CLI -- logging here for lack of another repo).

I got confused today, because looking at https://flakehub.com/flake/hercules-ci/flake-parts, I thought that there must be a 0.1.* of that repo; but that is not actually the case. https://github.com/hercules-ci/flake-parts actually has no tags whatsoever.

I think this is a special case of me as a user confusing rolling and tagged releases.

It would be super cool if could see which is which in the UI, or even better -- which component of a (sem)ver is rolling and which is tagged. Maybe use the tag icon for the actual tag, and then + for the counter?
