Update `react-icons` to be able to use React 17

Would it be possible to upgrade the react-icons dependency to at least ^3.0.0?

Currently, this is the only dependency that's holding us back from using React 17 ([email protected] has a peer dependency of react@^16.0.0). Thanks.
