If you want to include basic forum functionalities in Alpha 1, reporting is definitely one of them IMO. At least reporting posts/topics. Profiles and possibly other stuff could wait until...

Well, feel free to name any widely used forum script without the report functionality. Even the most plain/limited scripts like Vanilla or Discourse (which I still wouldn't call widely used)...
