Loadout Optimizer updates as items are equipped, causing sets to recalculate

Describe the bug

When equipping armor from the Loadout Optimizer, DIM refreshes the page and scrolls back all the way to the top, for each piece you transfer

It's because moving items changes stores.

In general LO restarts the worker process quite often, even when dragging a stat in the stat order and releasing it in the same position or clicking an item with the red "new item" dot, which probably shouldn't happen either (though it is quite useful, I have to admit, when benchmarking/profiling LO).
