Save Loadout should include weapon perk selection

How does this fit into your workflow?

I have a Pardon Our Dust GL with both Blinding and Spike Grenades. I would like my saved loadouts to include that selection, since I use each perk in different situations.

Similarly, I use Salvager's Salvo extensively in PVE and PVP, and I used to be constantly manually switching between Ambitious Assassin and Demolitionist. Because DIM loadouts don't include perks, I've resorted to having 2 separate Salvagers to simplify things, but it'd be nice if this could finally be addressed. It would be quite beneficial for all ritual weapons.

Awesome! The weapon mod too could be useful, e.g. switching between Major Spec in PVE and Quick Access Sling in PVP
