Horizontal mods for mobile

Let me know what you think - this puts the mods in a line on mobile in order to maybe pack more on screen. It's cooler in a square but IDK.

• are these stat tiers meant to be fixed 3x2, or is that just a coincidence on your screen size?
• is 6 sockets meant to wrap, or try to fit?

I didn't change the stat tiers, though I was mighty tempted to rework them while I was in here.

I didn't realize we could have 6 sockets on armor. It wasn't intended to wrap but it doesn't seem too bad?

I like them straight on mobile.

I can't test atm but I think it's worth calling out that annoying measure set thing we do for react virtualised. The logic to pick a set to measure with was expecting the wrapping we expected before. We will need to change it to find the set with the most 6 socket armour pieces.
