Clicking refresh icon in inventory will go to top on iPadOS PWA

DIM Version

DIM (Destiny Item Manager) Version 8.101.1.4550 (beta), built on 12/6/2025, 11:14:35 AM

Browser Details

Safari 26.1

OS Details

iPad OS 26.1

Describe the bug

I’m using DIM beta on an iPad as a PWA (add to home screen as an app).

Not sure if it was in a more recent version of DIM or after the IPadOS 26 change, but if I click on the refresh button on the inventory, it will drag the inventory back up to the top of the page. Previously it would refresh but keep your page postition the same.

If I try using Safari directly this is fine, so it’s only when it’s used as a PWA.

Do you have a screenshot? Are you sure you're not tapping the OS status bar (clock/battery area) which scrolls to top on iOS?

Here's a video.

I'm using the ipad magic keyboard touchpad and not hitting the clock area.

I just noticed that if I use my finger to click the refresh icon it doesn't scroll back up, so it's only with the mouse event.

In that case I'd suggest always either using your finger or hitting the "R" key to refresh.

I can certainly do that as a workaround, but definitely weird that this only started happening recently when the refresh button via trackpad mouse has been fine for almost 3 years. Maybe some sort of Apple bug if you can’t think of anything that it would be on the DIM side.

Yes it's almost certainly an iPadOS bug, we haven't changed much.
