Charge time masterwork no longer reduces damage on fusion rifles

Describe the bug

DIM still applies a -5 damage to fusion rifles that have a charge time masterwork.

This stopped applying back in August 2023 with patch 7.2.0.1. Refer to this reddit post with all the details - https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/17suhd8/sga_charge_time_masterworks_no_longer_reduce/

This only applies to fusion rifles. Linear fusions stil ltake a damage penalty for charge time.

This would have to be special-cased on our end as long as Bungie continues to return the stat.
