Dead Link in Readme tutorial for Green Gate Glitch

I'm considering trying out the randomizer since I have beaten classic Super Metroid dozens of times since the 90s, and it seems like a good way to breathe new life into the game. Before I get started, I decided to check out the readme to familiarize myself with any tricks I was unaware of. The "Green Gate Glitch" is one of those tricks that is new to me.

However, the link demonstrating how to do the trick from (presumably) left to right is broken. http://www.twitch.tv/dessyreqt/c/4390398 takes you to a 404 page.

Is there another example of this on--say--youtube?
