[v21] Difficulty feedback - First item in S seed

Hey! I think getting Missiles/Super as the first item should be more a M difficulty than a S: to continue, it requires damage boosting to blue Brinstar Etank to get Speed Booster or Screw Attack. All other paths are locked due to no Morphing Ball, Screw Attack, or Bomb/PB. That's a pretty brutal gating for a medium difficulty IMO :)

ok I'm not sure if you've abandoned this but you can do an EZ damage boost from on of the crawler things just let it crawl over and then jump when its about 3-4 blocks away and you'll be fine
