Are you sure `pizza` doesn't already exist? I'd install something like [pgAdmin](https://www.pgadmin.org/) and connect to the local Resolve databases using the following defaults, then removing `pizza` and trying to re-create...

I have this problem too with this plugin and the Playback Reporting plugin too, for that matter. The page just turns up empty since upgrading to Jellyfin 10.6.
