Extend support for Parquet

Depends on: #37

  • add custom metadata
  • support N-Quads format by default
  • provide for an optional certainty value (extend N-Quads)
  • provide for an optional property value (extend N-Quads)
  • coordinate with @jake-aft, @dmoore247

Support for property values will assist on integration with graph database frameworks such as DataStax, neo4j, etc., as well as leading toward support for future implementations of RDF*.
