Trying to intially build a small kraken database but stopped at step five. A 'prelim_map.txt' file is created inside the "library/added/" directory I can move the prelim_map.txt file from where it was placed "library/added/" into the custom database directory and inside a directory I create called "taxonomy" but then I get the following:

Creating seqID to taxID map (step 5 of 6)... No preliminary seqid/taxid mapping files found, aborting.

I loaded the files into the db using the recommended --add-to-library option
