[Bug]: Discord 2FA screen reverting (stale element reference)

Description

Instead of staying on the 6 digit auth code page, it keeps reverting back to the selection option page.

Minimal Reproduction

It was working as intended on 7/10/25 when I started the program. When I opened it again as usual 7/11/25, that is when it started.

I can't reproduce this error myself, weird
