I cannot find anything in the logs, which is highly annoying as it makes it harder to figure this out.

I just got an idea on what mod may be the cause of it and I am testing now... though it be nice to say.
well I removed some mods and it's fixed... I think I know what mod it is
It is incompatible with Wiff O Wisp
weird... it must be that mod and another... but I have no idea at all what is causing it, and tbh... I got so many damn mods that idk what...

if this version is needed to fix this, idk if I could give it to you, I would have to ask
the mod Pearfection also has this issue :p
