do you also sell the assembled version? if so, what's the price? from where did you send it (what country)? can you send via international EMS (or any cheap shipping)?

Nah haven't had any assembled. At a glance, they'd likely be about $30 AUD each. Shipping here is all via Australia Post, as there are no courier services this regional, so about $13 to the US international standard.
