metas not being set correctly (used to work)

My website is crawlable and setting metas correctly in source code ( as seen with: curl ‘http://growthtools.io/paid/Google%20Adwords?escaped_fragment=' ) Yet page title & meta description are not being set correctly. Literally all of them have the same title & meta description ( as seen by googling site:growthtools.io ). All of this has been working correctly for about two years, but about a month ago stopped working (in July), only noticed due to the drop in organic traffic.

Did the package stop working?
