Permission is lost visually when re-focusing on user

Current Behavior

When selecting a permission for a user, closing the specific user edit page and then reopening it, the permission is not displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Administration -> Access Management -> Managed Users
2. Click (+) on the Permissions list
3. Select a permission on the first page of the table and confirm
4. Close the expanded edit user view
5. Open it again
6. Observe the selection to be lost
