Seems like Quarkus added a GraalVM build-time config for a Kafka class that is only present in Kafka >= 3.7.0. notification-publisher is still using Kafka 3.6.2 due to https://github.com/confluentinc/parallel-consumer/issues/721.

I recently raised https://github.com/confluentinc/parallel-consumer/pull/762 and am hoping for a new parallel-consumer release soon. That should resolve the build failure here as well.
