List components in Component Search view when no filters are applied

Current Behavior

Currently, when opening the Component Search view, the filter (Coordinates as of this writing) is not set and the view does not list any components. This is in contrast to the behavior of other views, such as Projects, Vulnerabilities and Licenses, that list all relevant entries, when no filter/search term is specified.

Steps to Reproduce

Have at least one project, with dependent components, defined, and open the Component Search view.

Expected Behavior

Similar to how the other, above mentioned, views, display defined components, limited by the users rows-per-page setting and their selected sort order.

THIS. So. Much.

I just want to browse the components in my catalogue but currently there's no way to do this. Apparently, the PURL search is exact match only - so I cannot even use that with pkg: for example.
