Linkable Details page for project vulnerability

Current Behavior

When someone wants to have some help with a specific vulnerability from an expert, he needs to send a link to the projects vulnerabilities list and describe which vulnerability he needs support for.

Proposed Behavior

It would be nice to have a "Project Vulnerability Details" view, which allows opening one entry of the projects vulnerability table in a modal / separate view. This view shall be linked via URL, so that it can be copied and shared to colleagues.

Isn't this similar to the deep link to the Audit Vulnerabilities tab you get by clicking on one of the Affected Projects in the vulnerability details view?

AH! true that would work - then we only need an easy way to copy this link directly from the projects vulnerability list view. I only come up with an idea like this, but seems ugly..

Could add a ⛓️ icon next to the existing dependency tree icon that copies the anchor to the user's clipboard.

That might implicate its a link to the component, as this is the components name field. Think thats an issue? but link icon somewhere makes sense.
