Log-Statements regarding upload of VEX should contain information about project.

Current Behavior

So far, most logging statements regarding a failed or successful VEX upload do not contain any information on the project itself.

Proposed Behavior

Include MDC in logging of upload processes of VEX's carrying information about project (Uuid).
