Add possibility to set license information on a component in all projects

Current Behavior

Currently it is only possible to set/change license information on a single component inside a single project

Proposed Behavior

It would be nice to have the possibility (eg with a checkbox) to set/change license information for a specific component across all projects.

I'll second that request - this would be really helpful!

Unfortunately, they 'introduced' #3923 a while back, which would need to be fixed to make this useful... I still don't understand why components are created new for every project, imho there should be only one instance of it which should be referenced by all projects using it.
