Limit alerts to project without version

I was adding web hook alerts to my projects in Dependency Track 4.5.0

As I have to add the numeric project ID for the target system into the URL I have to add multiple web hooks, one per project.

Current Behavior:

I can add a filter limitation and select an existing project with version

Proposed Behavior:

I would like to only select the project and use any (future) version of it

I like this idea, should notifications only be produced for the newest version of the project? Or all existing versions?

Good question, I would like both ways as options. Mainly the newest version, but every active version might be also usefull.
