Not working

I'm using Manjaro KDE. It is not working for me. I ran it by installing the mentioned dependencies and then ran the file using chmod +x ./wcg followed by ./wcg. There is no output in the terminal and on changing the wallpaper, nothing is happening. I even tried running ./wcg-background but still didn't work :(
