feat: Add ability to show all edited and deleted posts found

Fixes #81

The feature can be activated with the "Show All Original" link or by pressing the shortcut "Ctrl+Alt+O".

The link will show all visible edited and deleted comments. If some comments are not yet loaded on the page, the option will need to be activated again to display the new comments when they become visible.
