Updates to Wiki

Hello,

Posting this here, as Github does not support PR's to Wiki. However..

I've made some enhancements to the wiki:

• Included installation instructions also to the wiki
• Getting started-section, that is basically upgrade to the worker-rush example.
• Included custom sidebar to make finding specific sub-topics easier.
• Fixed typo or two.

In my opinion, it would be good to also include a page that would introduce stuff like, walling and micro-managing a single unit - I find it's currently not clear for new user how this could be done.
