Hide account balance option

Context

I can imagine people who don't like to show their accounts balance (I dont like that either). Also when I'm working on this project I don't feel comfortable constantly having my accounts balances on my screen.

Acceptance criteria

  • Introduce a new view to support options.
  • Make the "Hide account balance" option actually hide your accounts balance.
