Confirmation for Delete action

Pressing Delete while editing expense doesn't give any confirmation window.

To have a confirmation before delete action.

Current implementation is prone to accidentally deleting an expense.

I suggest "Cancel" action instead of "Delete" button.

The "Delete" button will be a trash bin icon in the up corner of that screen.

Too much times I deleted the item mistakenly.

@serrq I'm planning to replace the bottom sheet with a separate screen to add and edit expenses as it grows more and more and this allows having proper tablet support with a two pane layout. A confirmation for the delete button is still on my list though.
