Bug: Twitch Integration - Chat Scroll Plugin - not displaying emoji

Some Emoji are not recognized and incorrectly displayed.

Environment:

  • x86_64 Windows 10, VTS steam version 1.29.0
  • VTS connected to twitch account
  • logged in
  • Chat Scroll plugin activated
