Allow users to delete their posts

Once a proposal is launched cannot be listed for draft nor even accepted to be drafted by the system again.

We thought this was a feature. How about allowing edits during a fixed period of time after publication, for immediate typo edits and then disable editing for good ?

Oh, this is complicated because of the immutable nature of the blockchain.

I kinda like what twitter does about this, no modification possible but they let you delete your tweet. Another one is to let users edit their proposals 5 min after posting it but I'm less keen on this one.
