Year of death is converted to 1 January

Previously you could enter just a 4-digit year, which would be stored in the database as such, e.g. https://candidates.democracyclub.org.uk/person/11575/syed-ajmol-ali

But now it is converted to 1 January when saving, e.g. https://candidates.democracyclub.org.uk/person/75157/mike-elliott
