By-elections on front page: issue with more than one ward in a single council

Seems to me that when a council with two or more by-elections reaches the top of the list on the front of WCIVF, the by-elections are split apart, whereas they should appear together under the same header, as per image.

Pretty certain it's a display issue, rather than a problem with specific elections, as it's happened again.

It seems more random than that - 2 Sep looks okay now, but the NE Derbyshire elections on 9 Sep are separate image
