Merged candidate links are 404

e.g. https://whocanivotefor.co.uk/person/75201/daniel-wilson - this was a valid page 10 minutes ago because I took this screenshot from it

I then merged 75201 with 62734 and the merged profile displays at https://whocanivotefor.co.uk/person/62734/daniel-wilson

But the original URL is now 404, meaning bookmarks etc. will no longer resolve - this URL should redirect to the new merged URL

This is still an issue - e.g. https://whocanivotefor.co.uk/person/86036/andrew-joseph-muir should redirect to https://whocanivotefor.co.uk/person/7499/andrew-muir

WCIVF doesn't appear to redirect after a candidate has been merged, so Google results fail. This will be more of an issue if/when we tidy up the GE24 candidatebot duplicates so hopefully fixing Who is straightforward and can be done first.
