composer require not work

I am installing this package but i have an error:

[InvalidArgumentException]                                                                                                                                                                        
  Could not find a matching version of package delvefore/packager-hermes. Check the package spelling, your version constraint and that the package is available in a stability which matches your   
  minimum-stability (dev).   

Please update readme.md to:

$ composer require delvefore/laravel-packager-hermes

the packagist name is actually delvefore/laravel-packager-hermes

However, it will only work on an install of laravel 5 apparently
