[Bug]: After latest update TextTag not working with region setting that is not English.

What are you trying to do?

Everything that is [TextTag] is gone. Normal text are fine. Changing my Regional Format to "English (US)" make it work as intended (Thank you Maya bug). Reproducing by changing Regional Format to "Thai (Thailand)"

What is the expected behavior?

[TextTag] Show data as intended.

What actually happened?

[TextTag] not show anything

Suggested solution

From what I skim compare 1.5.4.0 -> 1.6.0.0 might be something happen when resolving gamedata excel. Not really sure.

Can you show me an example of a label that is not working?. Screenshot the settings and the element in question please.
