Refactor/style guide

This PR adds configuration files for both Julia Formatter and VS Code in order to format Julia source files according to the default style (with some minor deviations, see .JuliaFormatter.toml) when saving a file. In addition the existing codebase is re-formatted according to settings in the configuration files.
